There are times in our lives when we could use a little Guidance from someone who is outside of the situation. We need someone who can show up for us wherever we are without judgment or criticism.

Out of love, our friends and family may only tell us what they think we want to hear to not hurt our feelings or relationship; or they simply make us feel worse about a difficult situation with “tough love” and judgment.

As a Certified Life, Spiritual, and Relationship Coach, I will meet you where you where you are in life.
You will find compassion and understanding without judgment.
I will ask hard questions to get you to go deeper into the situation you are navigating to help you find what you need to make the best decision for YOU.

If you are prepared to do the work, I will walk with you as a Guide and we will work to get you to the other side.

Rates are $55/one-hour session
Spiritual Coaching Sessions can include a Reading for an added $20
Couples’/Polycule Sessions are $100/one-hour session with a commitment of two group sessions and one individual session per individual. Individual sessions will be $55/one-hour session.
